I am trying to get this filter queen.Is 25 dollars a good deal and can some one tell me how old this is and is it a good deal. Also i want to know if they clean up good.Thanks.

is it a mod 31? I have one that looks like that and is a model 31 with the pinkish power head just like the one you got there. I took mine all apart to replace the bearrings and the armature was dated 1972.

p.s., I would say that 25.00 is a steal because no matter what's wrong with it ( if anything at all) this is one of the easyiest machines to repair and everything (as far as I know) is still available.

more than reasonable!

I have two of those, both are powerful and quiet. As Phillip said, very easy to work on and they are just pretty!!
