I was flipping thru the TV channels this morning and came across an infomercial for the Garry vac. Anyone heard of them before. They look very similiar to the Oreck but comes with an attached hose and onboard attachments. The price was $200 which also included a steam mop, life time supply of replacements bags, free replacement if anything happens to the vac even if it is your fault. Sounds too good to be true. I TiVoed that 2 days ago. I bet they are going to get sued. They show the vacuum's names (Oreck and Dyson) and it looks totally like a Riccar superlight! Also, they self-sealing bag is patented by Oreck, so it looks like they are in big trouble. It has some cool features and a good warranty, but I'd buy an American Riccar Superlight.

Wow... I saw the video. It is a little over the top, and I can't believe they actually use the words Dyson and Oreck in their commercial. I'd prefer a Dyson or Oreck anyway... this thing just looks cheap! |
