Does anyone know where I can buy the fragrance crystals
that u can put in the compartment at the top of the head of the cleaner?

Anyone also know the email address for royal vacuum cleaners direct.

That is a great website Morgan - I love the "truth about vacs" section!

I always assumed the Henry Co. was more of a wholesale distributor - never knew they were retail too.

Just goes to show you, if you need a vacuum or related product, deal with a Henry! I'd deal with them if they were closer by.
