Im kinda dissapointed with this thing. It sounds racious when vacuuming the carpet and when I put it up for tool mode it sounds like it's ready to kill something. those white scuffs make me want to pull my hair out, a magic eraser just isint cutting it for those.

The motor berrings are dry too, fantastic. And I took the belts off and I tore my fingers all up trying to put them back on.

i say.. breath deep and take your mind to that peaceful place where all vacuums are all shiny and pretty..and work like new,
if that dont work..chuck it. or keep it as your loaner.

yes they are...at the shop i try to avoid them and repair another...my hands dont fit too well...always cut them up. never fails...the deep breath thing doesnt work for me either..but sounds good.

Im gonna see if my work will let me trade it in for something, Which they mite because parts for these things arent that common. And yes chase you can have the wands.
