Is your machine clogged-you can take the base from the handle and check the air path.Is the hose clogged?the hose is used all the time wehter you are using the hose by itself or vacuuming the floor with the hose put back in its place.

Clogged?

Hi everyone,

first time I've posted on here, but thought I might help because I have a Sebo X1. Did you find why the machine clogged? The user manual gives some hints on unblocking it. Mine has only ever blocked from picking up large items like scraps of paper, once sucked up a sock by accident and it went straight into the bag.
Check the bag is ok, and then check the suction at the end of the hose, check the wand isn't blocked. If they are both clear, open the small 'trapdoor' behind the brushroll and clean out the air passage.
Also, the brushroll is very easy to clean if you take it out of the vac- only takes 10 seconds to remove and refit.

Its unclogged now...

I had to get my durabrand canister and suck the hair out of the trap ? And then, thier was string wrapped around the brushrool?
