you'll see all the Whirlpool canisters and uprights. In fact, Whirlpool made Kenmore vacs for Sears until the plant in Kentucky was bought by Japan's Matshushita company (National / Panasonic). In 2001 I needed a replacement part for my new Kenmore Progressive ("Elegance" in Canada) canister, and the packaging for the part (the red dust bag holder) said "Whirlpool"! |
