That's beautiful, I have a blue one like that. Looks like a washer collector is selling it.

Alan,

I was thinking the same thing. I love those GE Swivel Tops. They were great vacuums.

I am thinking

the person who is selling it is the person who put the picture on here. Great advertisement lol.

I love the performance on my Swivel-Tops, I don't know why they get a bad rap. I wish I could find a vintage laundry pair here, I guess I might if I beat around the bushes a little. My 2000 or so Frigidaire combo still works. (damn it)

lol

as soon as my washer died I went vintage it only took about a year for it to keal over and catch on fire. I have a 1975 hotpoint now and I love it.

A washer person is selling that beautiful vacuum. I should stick a note in our Shopping Guide about washers, dryers, and kitchen appliances. Hotpoint would be a choice for me as would be General Electric, or Frigidaire.

G E

That g.e, is one of the last models made before they did away with there vac line which I think was 1972, everything after then was premier, this machine is about 70-71-or72 vintage, this is the cheap model,as the better one had 2 fans instead of 1 ,,better attachments and a cord winder,as well as a tool bucket.
