I bought a rainbow d4se at a garage sale the other day... i finally got to plug it in to see if it worked today.. the motor runs good, but has very poor suction? pan isnt cracked... seperator is clean... any advise?

Seals

Cody, check the seals under the machine. They may be dried and cracked. If so put Vaseline on the seals and leave on overnight. I hope that helps....Bill in Az....

that was the problem... i was driving home and it hit me to check the motor seal... guess what, its gone, just ordered one, she'll be good as new i think when it comes in! thanks bill!
