UPDATE the FAM got returned to the seller since it was shipped by UPS & I wasn't home the day UPS came 2 my door. | ||

btw how good are the FAMs? Do they wash the floor better than the Floor Mate or Floor Washer? | ||

UPS won't return anything to the sender unless you refused delivery 3 times. If they left you a call tag, sign it and stick it on your door for the next day. It says to do that right on the instructions. | ||
