Hey Everyone,
I was wondering what people think about the newer Riccar Tandem Air models. Do you think that they are worth all of the hype that they receive? I had a regular bypass Riccar and I wasn't overly impressed, it wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. I have only tested the Tandem Air at the store, but I don't know if they work any better than say a Royal or Kirby. What do you guys think?

Riccar Tandem Air

I tried a Riccar tandom air out at a vac shop. It did seem to have a lot more power than the regular Riccar. The shop owner did not think it would clean that much better. The one I tried was a beautiful gold color and it was expensive. The regular Riccar was more quiet and seemed to be easier to push on the test carpet. They were both nice looking machines and seemed to be well constructed.
I had recently used an older Riccar and I am with you. I was not that impressed. Not a bad machine but not outstanding either.
I think the one I looked at the vac store was a Riccar Brillinace and it was over $750.00.
