Triple vacuums "move in" over my weekend--
first-a Kirby Sentria from the new Kirby dealer in town.He even knew of VCCC-and gave me a discount.-also a free carpet shampooer, hard floor kit,Zipbrush, and Handi Butler for the Sentria. The new Sentria used what is called "F" bags-they go onto a docking collar in the main bag sort of like the Oreck bags.
Next is a Sanitaire 9050 lightweight commerical upright-cute little machine that uses "Z" bags.I have ordered a box of the Filtrete bags like the one that came with it.Its sort of like the larger Sanitaires but lighter and smaller.Another "Oreck" killer. It has a metal floor shoe. The rest is Lexan. Its quieter than the Orecks.
Last is a Sebo Clear Automatic X vacuum. The body is entirely transparent.Rather cool.I haven't run it yet except at the store.Same with the Sanitaire.WOW-SUPER 3 new vacuums to play with!Income tax return and overtime pay helpted get these. The Sebo came with a White so called HEPA bag-but the filter in the machine is not.The dealer is going to get the HEPA packs in-On the waiting list for one.
Also the dealer I got the Sanitaire and Sebo from is now a Simplicity dealer-Helpted him unpack and try the new machines!!they are beautiful!

Good deal. They all sound like great vacs for a collector !
I thought I was doing the big time by having my Kirby Dual 80
factory rebuilt for $47.69.
It's all relative

The most collectable one I got of the trio would be the transparent Sebo.the dealer operator where I got it from says the transparent Sebo X4's are in limited numbers and only designed to be available to the Sebo dealers as a demo machine to show prospects how they work.I want to run it and see how the automatic floor nozzle height machanism works. If you want one-suggest you talk very carefully to the operator of your nearest Sebo dealership. Its a nice machine-I probably won't use it much. The Kirby and Sanitaire will get more use.they are not real "special" machines as far as collectors go.They are for "users".
