I have never heard of that trick for vacuums. I will have to try it some time when i get a new old vacuum. |

Never heard that one before either. I do sometimes put a dryer sheet in a new bag, provides a great scent while you are cleaning! |

I have gotten dryersheets stuck in a couple hoses lol, but usualy there was something else stuck sideways like Tristar said. I almost always put a Bounce or Snuggle in the vacuum bag or compartment. I have a hoover Scrapvvy as a daily driver for when im in a hurry(I like to have an uright handy to grab n go) and i put the dryer sheet on the exaust filter. i put it b4 the filter tho so it extends the life of the filter slightly.
