Well, all, Electrolux-Dude has been "thrifting" again, This time I found this little beauty--$10.00! I just need to know if bags are available anymore, and how old this machine is.
Here's some pictures.

That's a Sunbeam? Very nice! I'm sure somebody here has bags available. The top is chrome or stainless steel, isn't it?

Sunbeam

Yes, Alan--That is a Sunbeam, the top is stainless steel. It has automatic cord rewind. Motor sounds good, may need bearings. Overall it seems to be in pretty good shape.

Wow, great find, I used to have one, my grandparents friends gave it to them when they moved to Antioch, California in the mid 80's. I loved that Sunbeam until someone did something to it and it died.

I do believe those take the same bags as a Hoover Celebrity.

You dont see one of those every day. It looks cool. Yes like a celebrity too!

I believe this is one of the last models of this type of Sunbeam cleaner. I'm thinking early 70's maybe? Can't beat the price, either! Congrats!
