Here it is after I serviced and cleaned the motor. I've yet to polish it up, replace the wheels, and get a proper bag and bumper for it.

hope you like my 800. I was ripped off after I sold it. I was supposed to get a rainbow and I had to sell this. So I wasted my $150 hoover for nothing. What was wrong with the motor? | ||

Did I miss something? I don't understand how you were "ripped off"? Nobody made you sell anything, that was your own choice. A friend of mine in Colorado even found your ad to sell it on Craigslist. I'm surprised Andrew didn't find it himself. | ||

Thanks Jeff - all I've really done so far is clean and service the inside of the motor. I’ve got lots of polishing to do yet, and I'm probably going to take this to the buffing wheel in my garage. I've got a source for the proper bag for it, some replacement wheels, and possibly a black bumper. I'm going to repaint the handle as well, so I've got a lot of cosmetic work to do on it yet - stay tuned!
