Slow:

Same experience here - pretty slow, about two-and-a-half or three weeks. That would be unacceptable for an eBay seller.

I've also had the experience of getting something that was different from the photo on their Website, which I always dislike. Taking and posting a digital pic is so easy these days that I don't feel that there's any excuse for outdated photography.

All that having been said, there are times when TotalVac is the only company that will have what I need, so I needs must grit my teeth and deal with them once again.

Ship Times

They've usually shipped pretty quick for me. On the downside is the shipping method. It takes a while for stuff from New England to finally land in the Lone Star State -- especially when they use that Fedex/USPS shipping method. Pony Express was faster!

e-Bay OR NOT

Hi All I have also used then good prices i have found good iteams. I will not get a e-bay pal account so even though my rating is always A+++++ paying be money order or check take weeks. Besides we need these people to stay in Business. Here in Long Island NY. Vacuum stores are almost a thing of the past. Take care Doug
