Hi Alex, Heres the pumkin / brown boys from the UK, and YES Hoover did make a Pumkin Convertable!!!...well technically ...lol, the Hoover DAM in the UK was marketed as the Convertable, as your Convertable was the Senior over here!!!, Hey Fred, beautiful display at Hoovers 100th anniversary, I do have a pumpkin front for the Junior if ever I can find it...thinks new yr res to organise!!! |

Hello Folks, I loved that colour scheme as a young boy in the 1960's... Mike ....did the junior at some point in its production run ever have an orange belt chamber cover or am I having one of my 'senior moment memory/info glitches' ? Regards, Walter, Shropshire. |

Hi Walter, no senior moments yet, we`re all okay on that front for a while at least!!!...LOl, yes the Junior did had a Pumpkin belt cover, Simon has one, I do have a cover I got last yr but can I find it!!! Pete, what do you mean those colours clash!!...its a Hoover...there "ColourWheel" never clashed!!! well only in the eye of the beholder perhaps!!!!, now those psychadelic convertible bags...thats a different story entirely!!!
