Look at the beautiful blue colour of the hood. Not a scratch or a scuff mark to be seen.

How can you get the wrinkles out of the bag?

Nice Eureka, I was buying new Eurka's for my vac shop in 85.
Don't ever remember seeing one like that. Either for real
or in a picture. So good unique find !!!

Stephen,

That is an absolutley stunning Eureka. I love the light blue hood. That was a great find and a great early Christmas gift to yourself.

Enjoy,

Sam

My NIB Eureka arrived! Yay!

What a beautiful vac. It was great to see the pictures. Interesting how the instruction book had "real" pictures.
Also interesting how a realitivly low end vac now looks so great compared to the plastic junk we see today. That Eureka looks like it could do some serious cleaning and last for along time. I like the color too. Thanks for sharing.

Stephen,

You got a really good deal there. A NIB Eureka upright...

I remember that model distinctly sold thru K-Mart, Whitmark Catalog Showrooms, Service-Merchandise and Big Wheel. They ran new around $69.95+ tax.

In fact Big Wheel used to have it every Saturday priced at $64.95+ tax.

It should have the wooden "Disturbulator", and either a 3.5 or 4.0 Blender motor. They were, for the cheapening Eureka was starting to give them, a VERY hardy machine that worked for years and years.

You have a pristine machine. I wonder becasue it's still new, if you can register it, and have a one year warranty like if you had bought it for real yesterday.

interesting thought...

Chad

Hey Chad!

You know I was wondering if Eureka would honor some kind of warranty considering it is NIB. This machine does have a 4.0 amp motor and the wooden brushroll. It's amazing how much difference a new brushroll makes on carpets.

Stephen,

Congratulations! What a beautiful machine. I had my eye on it as well and am so glad that it went to a good home.

Happy eBaying,

Mike
