I guess because the bag says DVC, it's not original, it is of a satiny material. Also the white cord is not original. It runs well, but I will clean and lubricate it. It takes interesting brush strips that screw in, are these still available? The bag has been converted to use C style bags. I think it's cool that it came with it's attachments and box! The guy I bought it from told me it was his Great Aunt's, and she had bought it new. Never bought another one. She passed, and he took it. Looks almost the same as the model 63 here in the U.S. But it's a bit newer than what it says in the sale ad--it's actually from the mid-50's. The 63 was made from '54 to '56, and I'm assuming the 619 had a similar time frame. Nice that the attachments came with it, that's always a plus. Congrats, Jeff |
