Restoration
Is still a work in progress at this point. The polishing is finished, but I have the bag off waiting for Lena to work some magic with it. Also have to check out the cord and switch. You're right Jim, when she's finished we'll take her over for Brent to look at. Bet he'll be surprised, especially when he hears it run! Bernie, I knew you'd like that one. In a way, it kind of reminds me of our Reginas. But that's one of the things we have in common, our fascination with the older machines. Jeff | ||

Indeed you did. Certainly an interesting variation of the duck-billed Apex. I'd love to know more about it myself. I'm just about to do a restoration on a Kirby 1C. Can you tell us what you used to get the aluminum looking like that? | ||
