Hi everyone,

I recently won this Convertible on eBay. It's in excellent condition, but somewhere along the line a disposable bag hasn't been properly connected to the exhaust tube. There is a lining of dust on the inside of the outer bag cover which I'd like to clean up. What's the best way to do this?

Thanks,

Nick

..soak in warm water with a mild detergent like Woolite or something similar.Gently agitate the water with your hand. Rinse and hang it up to drip dry. Do not attempt to wring it out. Do not put it in a dyer.

Nick,

I agree with Bernie. Another good product to use, though I don't know if you guys have it in the land down under, is Simple Green. It's non-toxic and is a great grease remover, too! We have "Dawn" liquid dishwashing detergent and that is also safe to use.

Just a footnote...

..but an anti-bacterial agent/detergent might help eliminate any pathogens remaining in the bag.

Thanks

I'll combine your suggestions and try a gentle handwash in mild detergent, followed ny natural drying.

I appreciate your responses and will let you know how it goes.

Nick
