First I was watching the infomercial,next I was checking the website and then opps -Now I have one ordered! It is a very interesting vac. Somewhat like the Rainbow but much easier to empty. It has stronger suction than my Rainbow SE and many diferent features.

 Hey this thing has some very interesting features:
(1) water tank is enclosed in machine and very easy to empty. It has a strainer so you can dump water in the toilet and the stainer catches the heavy stuff and can be put in trash.
(2) does not have motor sitting on top of water pan. The motor and cord rewinder are at the front of unit and water pan on the rear
(3) design of hose handle shaped like early Rexair and rug tool pivots.
(4) 4 speeds with lights to tell what speed you are using. Unit always come on lowest speed. It also has bleed valve on hose handle.
(5) It has very lightweight hose that is over 7 feet long so machine can sit in the middle of room and cover a large area.
(6) It has washable hepa filter or can be replaced 3-for $24.00
(7) telescoping stainless wand and tools store on the wand
(8) There is a wand park on the side of machine so you don't have to keep bending down to get the wands
(9)nice cord rewind with protected plug at rear of unit
(10)triangular dust brush with swivil neck
(11) floor squeegee to pick up water
(12)well balanced handle with large off/on button and cord return button
(13)_It has much more suction than my Rainbow SE
BUT- it has shorter power cord than I like and you have to order the Turbo nozzle separate.
(14) the machine itself seems to be made pretty good and it has good telescoping wand. The tools are a little lame but they are on almost all newer vacs.
(15) It has very nice sound-somewhat loud on 4th speed but not a ear spliting like my new Hoover. You hear more of the sound of the air and water churning.
(16) It pushes very easy on carpet-with wheels and interesting arrangement of the brush.
I have ordered the Turbo nozzle and an Attachment bag but they have not arrived. All in all a very interesting vacuum with beautiful red and black trim.
(17) There was another earlier model that was very different from this "turbo" model. Much ofr what i could find was written about this earlier machine.It's fun to use!

 You can check the web site at "Thane.com" BUT BE CAREFULL or you will end up ordering one just like I did when I skipped the page about checking the shipping costs! The customer service preresentatives were very nice when I called and they removed the shipping costs and I am getting two machines BUT I hadn't planned to buy anything,just like when the Kirby man stopped by my house 18 years ago. Funny how that happens to vac collectors.

H2o vac

 Terry,
It is a fun machine to use. It was made better than I expected. At first I was upset because it was made in China then I had to think that the last Electrolux Oxygen was made in Hungary and the new Hoovers were made in China and Mexico. It's just the sign of the times. The machine itself and the wand is very good quality but the attachments are a little on the flimsy side but then so were the ones that come with my new Hoovers. What I enjoy about the vac club is getting see the differences between all the vacs. It is very different from the Rainbow in that the water pan is easy to empty and you don't have to lift the motor unit off the water pan-just open the door and lift out the easy to clean pan. The strainer makes it so fast and easy to dump the water and fuzz. There is no separator to clean and no separate dolly to mess with either. Will it last like a Rainbow? Who knows but it cost about $100.00 not $1800.00. That Kirby man might just get me one more time before I die if they come out with a beautiful color!

H2o Turbo vac

 Here is a picture of the water tank and strainer. You can see how it fits in the back of the machine. The motor and cord winder are built in the front. The motor is completely separate from the Aqua tank. The air enters the Aqua tank from the bottom. Note the funny looking crevice tool with brush.

H20 Vac

 I've seen the infomercial several times for the H20 vac and at one time was tempted to get one. Looks like it will be a fun machine!

 Her sister vac arrived Friday along with the Turbo brush and attachment bag. I think I will name them Sandy and Sally.

 Is this what they call the "wow" factor! Pretty sad when a TV vac with straight suction got all this dirt that my new Hoovers and Orecks left behind. No wonder door-to-door salesmen used to get so many new vac sales! Where is the Apex Strato Cleaner when you need it or maybe Fred's restored Kirby 561! One of our older members told me when I first joined the vac club "it's not the size of motor or the beater brush or the fancy features that get the dirt-it's the design of the nozzle and the air-flow".
It was a fun experiment.

Rob that is really amazing! I have heard others say the Once a Rainbow salesman gets into a house it is one of the easiest vacuums to sell. Glad you like the machine.
