Although this is a cutaway of a Model 77 it does show the layout of internals for this body style. You will probably find it extraordinarily clean inside, other than carbon brush dust in the motor after-filter. Disassembly is straightforward logical. Unless you see obvious signs of trouble there's really no reason to remove the perforsted aluminum bag basket. Concentrate your attentions on the motor/fan unit. And of course, giving the exterior the full Spa treatment. :-) Dave
