Cool vacuum!

I've never seen one of these either. The brushroll reminds me of the European Electrolux upright 500 series.

Must be a pretty uncommon machine - I cant even find it in the Eureka parts manual and it goes right back to the models K and D. The book skips right from the 1100 series to the 1600 series.

I had one of those machines back in the 80's when I had my vacuum shop. It was in the storage room of the columbus branch of the Eureka sales office. They gave it to me for
display in my shop.
Don't know what happened to it when I closed my doors. Vacuums went (so many of them) many different directions.

This vacuum I believe was made by PANASONIC for Eureka. Correct me if I am wrong.

Ding! Ding! Ding!

Yes Phillip, you're correct! I was told they were made by the Matsushita company, parent company of Panasonic maybe? I also understand they had motor issues, and I'm lucky to have one that still works.
