Suction=There's no bag in it, so I just ran it for a minute. Didn't really get to testing that yet. When do you recall seeing these in stores? And in which stores? I have no recollection of these machines whatsoever! |

Hang onto it! I have a package of Singer System bags for canisters. I will have to look at the model numbers. The tools I think were like Eureka tools in grey. Chad and Jeff, great history on Singer. One of my favorite brands! Marty |

I also remember these models being sold at Target for a time back in the day. Should have bought one back then. Marty |

Yes Chad, that Golden Glide p/n is the same as the old style FQ one. Did FQ make those? |

Chad, some of the Sears twin fans did have headlights. I have a beige wide sweep, two speeder with light. It's in pieces at the moment so can't show a picture. As far as I know the Cdn models debuted at the same time as the US |

I think the model Pete is referring to is a standard 12" model, just with the fancy edge cleaners and high performance chasssis. Think Kenmore self propelled from the early 80's...made by Singer/Ryobi. |
