More info is in on this cleaner has arrived. The Kirby Company has replied to my information request. It was a very simple reply that was also very interesting. The email stated:

"Mr. Allen I checked with the Eng department and they confirmed that the vacuum you have it was not manufactured by The Kirby Company."

Interesting! So, the Kirby tech support person says that they did not make this cleaner. Assuming their info is correct, then I'm starting to thing that "The Standard Vacuum Cleaner MFG Co." is an actual company and not Scott & Fetzer related, and James Kirby gave his ideas to other companies.
