I saved this picture from Tom Anderson's collection, because this is my favorite "modern" Hoover...I had a new one when they first debuted in the 70's, then got rid of it when the tool connector clogged from a large matchstick, and I couldn't get it apart. The local Hoover dealer took two months, keeping the vacuum AND the connector. When I got it back, I sold the vacuum to a friend. I regret it to this day. Anyway...here's the picture. It shows only the bumper, but I think the grip is close to the color you have on yours. Good luck. |
