Hello all. I just got a hoover dial a matic for my birthday. I really like the machine. Only problem we only have 3 carpets. I was wondering if anybody had the tool set so I could clean my hardwood floors and everything else. Please send me an email- evan.9591@Yahoo.com
P.S I know a porta power hose will work but I want it to be completly origional. Thank you

hoover hose

Am i right in thinking that it was the same hose connecter for most hoover cylinders of that era and would also fit dam ( 3 prong bayonet) .... i know you want a proper set for it.. but i am right yes?

Si...

You are right, as Evan says, a PortaPower hose will fit. I'm not sure about other models because I've never had any cylinders of that era, but it sounds likely to me.
