I was just given an Electrolux CB 2000 by another collector this weekend! Is there a manual for one? Also can these suck up water or do I need a special kit for that? Also it just has one big filter does it require a bag?

 Dry pick up only.
Most used only the cloth filter but a paper filter(not a bag) was available to go under the cloth.
