I got one of these Canadian models, Electrolux, Elux-O-matic model 89 and I must say it is a beautiful vacuum cleaner. I never knew that the Canadian machines were different in their design from the New Greenwich ones. I really should replace the rear wheels because one is damaged--but I am at a loss as to where to find wheels for this model. I wonder if any of you might know where I could get wheels for this machine? I sure appreciate any direction you can give. Thanks!

Isnt that one

green, I have a few of them, I would part with one if you need it for parts, the shipping would be bad I'm sure, but the machine would be very reasonable.

Ihave never

Seen another one, the one I have was the very first Powermate model introduced in 58, it has a coiled cord like a electric razor cord that they found out was very awkward, mine is complete except for one straight suction wand ..and that is different from anything else they ever used too..

I have a similar model with a bad motor and a damaged cord, but the wheels are in good shape, I would gladly sell them to you, only problem is that I live in Quebec, Canada, shipping might be expensive.
