OMG, an impeller dishwasher still running in 2018. I would LOVE to have a top loading built-in dishwasher today. I do have a mint 1958 GE Mobile Maid impeller dishwasher in the Vacuum Cleaner Museum's 1950's section - we run it at the Vacuum Collectors Conventions each year. I've been splashed so many times, as we run it with the lid open to see the wash action (until it starts wetting the floor, then we close the lid). So cool to see that one Charles.

Is a 48 I think which was the first pushbutton model, the dw is about the same, could be a year or 2 newer but I doubt it.

My friend said that the dishwasher "runs like a top" and he uses it several times a week!

I have to

compliment your friend on his choice of ranges. Here's mine.

These offer some challenges but I sure enjoy using it.

We even have the same "aristomat" which does save the stovetop from damage!
