Look guys in case some of you are unaware offer up does shipping now on item sold and look what I encountered a brand new Hoover runabout new in box, I messaged the seller because the listing says used but he said that no it was brand new in box had been sitting in the garage for years. So disregard what you see on the listing saying that it is used. It in fact is brand new in box just thought I would share the info with you all have a great day
