Found this at my local Kirby dealer trade in room. I love these machines although the bagless design was a nightmare, I own one of those too in yellow. The bagged version however is actually a pretty decent machine. I have always loved the feel of these machines with the back saver handle. Itís a good performer and grooms the carpet nicely. One of eurekas plastic machines that is actually not junk in my opinion.

Nice find! It looks to be in terrific condition. How wide is the cleaning path? Those always looked to me like they would sweep a very wide swath.

Does yours have hemispherical wheels?

I managed to score a brand new display self propelled eureka a couple of months ago. I actually agree with you on these being a decent cleaner and it is too bad eureka discontinued them as they were decent quality. It really is sad that eureka will never be the same again.
