Here's a Dyson DC24 I got off of eBay on November 8, 2017 for $31.50! The seller had just bought someone's estate and he was clearing out and reselling stuff that was in the house that he didn't want, sold as-is.
It's in reasonably good condition, the hose has a very light smell of cat urine, so that's why I haven't powered it up until I clean it. Also, it looks like the only reason it was discarded was there is a small clog in the hose elbow under where you switch from hose to brushroll that has jammed the diverter. Both filters are clean though, which is odd unless they were put in shortly before it was sold. This thing is so tiny when I sit it with the rest of my vacuums, it looks like a toy! Nice! I had a DC-24 and of course it would be hard to find a vacuum that wouldn't out-clean it, but they're definitely convenient and compact. They clean well enough for what they are, I used to clean houses and one of my customers exclusively used her two DC-24s. Her carpets were surprisingly not very bad.
