It looks like this is just a conceptual design by Electrolux’s industrial designers. Probably never made it to market.
Closest thing to an old GE Roll Around is the new Hoover bagless Air canister. I think one of the Japanese vacuum makers also sold a rolling big wheel canister. If I can find it, I’ll post a link here. | ||

Actually, this indeed was sold in Japan. Sweden’s Electrolux signed an agreement with Japan’s Toshiba at one point to design and develop vacuums for the Japanese market. One result was the Toshiba Escargot portable bagless vacuum. It actually looks like a larger version of the Black and Decker Flex mini vacuum.
