I definitely was impressed when I had one of them in for service. It's a good Improvement on the Oreck XL 21 / pilot platform. I think the shows the direction TTI will bring Oreck. I think they're MSRP is a little bit High but as we know are commonly does 20% off.
Would you be willing to post a picture of the service contract that came with that vacuum I'm curious would work is giving them these days in terms of paperwork. |

They clean the vacuum change foam and felt seals new bag & belt if it takes one . Shimming the brush roller is also standard practice during the service on an Oreck. And yes replace warranty parts. Usually the dealer will try it to sell you a new brush roller as well. @airway77 thanks so much for posting that. Glad you're enjoying your new TTI product. |
