Hi all. I have a new office, so I thought that I would redecorate. I wanted to go vertical in a stylish way. I found 14” wire rack pieces, and have started with this configuration. Total vacuum height is a bit tight on the lower level - limited to 42”. As you can see Adams wonderful 562 fits like a glove. I’ll probably add on one more section. I want to display a couple hand held vacs and Lux XXX. Work in process. Note: The racks are kept in place by pretty cheap plastic widgets. Ingenious design, but not durable. I used small black zip ties on all connection spots to keep the display solid.

Very nice! I would love to be able to properly display my machines, and it's real nice that you are able to do it in your workplace!

Awesome display idea. AND, I recognize a few of those machines. Where ever did I see them before? LOL

I absolutely love those GE uprights like the one on the bottom right.

My bad. The other electric vacs were acquired from Tom as a part of the St Louis meet this summer. I absolutely love them. They are instant conversation starters.

Thanks for the comments about the wire racks. I had no idea how they would frame the vacuums. Up close, they have a modern industrial look. Stay tuned as I tweak and add to the display.

I’m planning on getting small metal racks to put my upright vacuums on top and my hand vacs on the bottom racks. Where can I get some for cheap?

I got mine from amazon. $30 for 6 - 14 inch x 14 inch “cubes” I took the middle sections out as you can see. I bought two sets. If you flip it sideways, you’d have 3 wide by 2 high. Probably would work fine for what you need.
