I love my Sanitronc VII, but can't get a vac store here to tighten it decently. Does the shell from a Dual 50 fit a VII? Greg

Yes, all Kirbys from the model 516 up to the Dual Sanitronic 80 used the same motor shell housing, part no. 135556.
