I just about fell off my chair when I saw this ... a Model G Electrolux with the VERY RARE first electric hose! I have only seen two of these hoses in my entire life, and to see one show up on eBay was QUITE a surprise, to say the least. I'll be watching this but rather imagine the bidding will go far more than I can manage.

Hi Charlie

Remember seeing Mike Pletchers hose like this one in 95!

I have one. Maybe it's time to 'say cheese' and go on eBay for a little 'high dollar' competition.

Charles, your link isn't working. Was this the one you were referring to?

Yes, that's it. I don't know how the URL got garbled; I just copied and pasted it.

It's none of my business , but I don't get why some sellers on Ebay take pics of the machines on the outdoors.

Maybe

better lighting?

If I lived out there full time, I might use an older non hepa filtered vac on my patio, it being so dry so often. Many have tiled patio's. Saves water.

Keith, I think it might be for privacy reasons. Maybe some Ebay/Craigslist/Kijiji sellers don't want photos of the inside of their home posted online? Just a guess here.
