A customer of mine , now in his late 70s,Ron, used to work for Hoover in the 1950s/60s and often has a tale to tell! Many years ago when the Britain wasnt quite used to paper bags, in vacuums, Ron was called out to a very irate customer whose 6 week old Hoover Junior wasnt picking anything up. On arrival at the address Ron was met by a very angry man shaking his fists. "6 weeks old this bloody thing is" yelled the man " all that money and its bloody useless"
" Ok, my friend calm down!" said Ron " whatever the problem, i promise you i will sort it for you!"
After having the machine virtually hurled at him, Ron plugged it in and switched on.... the man was right... no suction at all. After a quick feel round the back, Ron discovered the problem.....Trying to save money... the guy had fitted a used sugar bag instead of a Hoover one!!!

Must Be...

...The same fellow who never watched the telly when he wasn't fully dressed, figuring if he could see people on it, they could see him!
