The shop has a few old vacs in storage and the owner has given me permission to post to sell them. As they are his machines all offers will need to be approved by him. In truth these machines are a little too old for me to be familiar with them. I'm unsure what their value is. But here's what we have
Scott Fetzer sanitation system
Vacuette branded for sears
and I believe the Kirbys to be a 1c and 2c

I made a short video for each machine, and yes i know my recording skills suck, so the condition of them could be better understood. so we'll start with the Sanitation system.

I forgot to show the brush thing, but it had this assembly that fit around the main nozzle with brushes on it. As stated in the video the bag has been shorted due to holes around where the clamp connects and there is a large hole on the rear of it where an adhesive path is. The fan nut is missing. It does seem to be in pretty good health for it's age.

Next the vacuette

This was a bit of an oddity to me. I know that sears has a long history of rebadging products but i never thought i'd see one built by Scott Fetzer. I'm also thinking that much like penncrest v hoover this probably has a higher value than it's S+F counterpart. We have a hole in the bag as seen in the video but other than that it seems to work as it should.

1c?

blackheart's profile picture
I think this one is a 1C but i don't know for sure i couldn't find a model on the label. It's very rough, the bearings aren't great, there's sparking, no brushroll. I'd be shocked if anyone were interested in it, but figured i'd show it anyways.

2C?

The 2C (maybe?) sounds pretty healthy. I think the cord is a replacement though.

Well as stated these machines are outside of my vac knowledge i've heard of the model names but that's about it.
If interested, feel free to make offers and I'll run them by the owner.

Quick Clean name was used by Cadillac vacuums and blowers-used for the bag and hose attachment for Cadillac blowers-or for the tank and bag that allowed the machine to be used like a shop vacuum. The blower and bag was mounted to the top of the drum like A Tornado vacuum.

The last one shown above is a Model C with optional headlight. The 2C was the first model with the streamlined nozzle and headlight assembly.

It's a real shame these machines are in such rough condition; otherwise they might actually have some real value.
