Picked this up this morning. Cosmetically looks great especially the Anniversary stickers.

I have yet to wipe it down (always first order of business), but the paint looks nice. The bumpers need touching up. Looks like the trim around the Electrolux is supposed to be gold.

Seller only had a generic non-electric hose, but I was able to test the PN when I got home, it works.

Another vacuum that I can see will need bleaching. But at least I finally have one.

Seller gave me the aluminum wands, a blue floor brush and crevice tool. Also a beige dusting brush.

I noticed the PN bumper is blue....is that right?

When I finish assembling the Kenmore Magicord, I will begin the Spa treatment on this vacuum....starting with the PN.

I will do some research and see what the correct hose looked like.

Nice machine. I look forward to seeing it all shined up. The teal fitting on the PN2 is probably correct, especially if that machine came early in the anniversary model's run, as they were doubtless using up teal components from the 1205's previous teal incarnation.

Hmm, it looks like it hasn't been wearing any Sunscreen...
That hood will polish up nicely. Just be patient with it. Good cleaner all around.

Thanks Egar & Andy...

Edgar for the information and Andy....good one!

As I have finished assembling the Kenmore Magicord, I will begin with the Electrolux.

I have found when opening up PN's, there is an accumulation of dust and sometimes fur. I guess that happens when the seals fail.

Does anyone have a picture of the appropriate hose for this model?
