That's disappointing that they've gone downhill, I noticed they now sell machines online too rather than just doing in home demonstrations. I've questioned their deep cleaning ability after seeing how small the brush roll on the EB400 nozzle is.
My favorite brand just happens to be US Electrolux/Aerus! I only worry a bit about their future, many of their retail stores have closed and the name Aerus just doesn't relate to people. Lots of people recognize the name Electrolux, but it's rare that someone recognizes the name Aerus. Many of their dealers still refer to themselves as Electrolux because they know that's the name people relate to and they know they get more sales when people realize their mother or grandmother used an Electrolux. After over a decade of having the name Aerus, there should be a much higher level of brand recognition from a company that once was as great as Electrolux US was. Shark makes pretty decent machines for the price, they're pretty popular over here in the states. | ||
