Hey vacuumlanders!

I recently acquired a Nilfisk GS80! My grandma had one when I was young and I've never given it much thought until I stumbled upon this one.

It came without a proper length cable, was missing a metal pipe and the rubber coverings of the wheels were disintegrating.

I've made a cable for it and replaced the wheels with ones from a local DIY shop.
The motor has been replaced in the past I believe with a Qualtex one, so I think it's more powerful than it was originally.
The suction is amazing for a straight suction machine. The downside is it's more noisy than I was expecting.

The problem I have is that where the clamps have been holding the motor head onto the body, the seals seem to be leaking so it makes a hissing noise. Does anyone have any ideas how to rejuvenate them? Or where to find replacements?

I can post pictures, but it needs a good clean!
