A quick look at EBay shows a somewhat rare 'branch rebuilt'Mo XXX(not mine) with the RARE paper bag converter.Someone with more time and quicker fingers may want to post link.

The disposable bag adapter is rare, yes. However, the paint job on this machine is very sloppy. It looks like one of those cheap Metropolitan rebuilds. Electrolux usually did better than this, especially the factory-rebuilt machines.

You are right. I don't understand why it was painted. Ruined it, in my opinion.
