Here are some photos of the Dial-A-Matic I found a couple of weeks ago at an estate sale. As you can see, it's in nice condition; just needs a thorough spa treatment. I showed it with Arlee's Model 444 Constellation in the last photo. :)

Those are great cleaners! Swap the brushroll for a Reverse Helix (Reversed the brush spiral direction) To sweep the dirt towards the suction. I rebuilt the motor in mine, gracing it with new Carbon Brushes and washed the fans to improve suction. I also added a HEPA filter to keep the suction longer since these really had no pre-motor filter. Only a screen. I will make a video on it if you like!
