I can't quite make out the prices on the concepts. My phone is a bit blurry for some reason.

I sure hope you end up with Luke's purple 1939 Air-Way Sanitizor for $20. It has the original hose, which is worth its weight in gold. I'll give you some Genuine Air-Way bags for it. It's a VERY rare version of the first Canister Vacuum that Air-Way ever made.

airway

Sounds good, Luke says it needs some work, hopefully we can get it working. The convention is going to be awesome for sure! Was the hose size the same back then?

We can use one of the model 55 post war Air-Way cleaners (which are a dime a dozen) to repair the pre-war Purple Air-Way which is very rare. Should be really easy. Air-Way's hose ends are standard size 1 1/4 inch.

airway model 55

What motor was used on the model 55, I think you said that once they got to the 88, they used the awesome ametek motor, although I found a video on youtube of a model 88 and it sounds a bit different, did they still use the G.E. motor for the model 55?
