Hi all,

I was vacuuming when I heard something loud with the vacuum. I quickly shut it off and inspected the vacuum. I saw the screw holding the bottom base of the cord and hard bag assembly to the bottom brush roll/headlight assembly sticking out. I automatically knew that the the nut must have came out and went into the bag. Does anyone know what size nut it was and where I could get it? Or should I just look in the bag for it (not full at the moment)

Thanks in advance

Instead of opening the bag and making a mess, first, just hold the bag level to the floor and shake it to spread out the contents. Next, just feel around the bag seeing if you can feel anything resembling the bolt.

This happened to me once, But it just got the right velocity after been thrown up by the fan to put a nice hole in the fan casing. Very impressed with my self I was, because i had forgotten to tighten it in place when assembling it.
