Hi.
I was checking out the vacuum of the day and saw this convertible. It has the narrow bag. Out of curiosity: would that have been a cloth shake out bag? Compared to a Kirby, Royal, or even the cloth shake out bag on my (sadly sold) Hoover 300, the commercial Convertible bag pictured looks pretty small. Unless it expands, I don't see how it would hold a lot of dirt.
What do you guys think?

That's the model 334. It is a shakeout bag in its never used, "folded" form. It would expand a few times that size once the machine is forcing air into it.

I know several people who've owned that machine.

That bag inflates quite a bit indeed.... much larger than you'd think. Not terribly tall, but, it gets quite wide.
