So you know how in the UK there were variants of the DC04 and DC05 which were designed to be used with Zorb in upright mode? Well, I found a solution for American Dysons. Simply remove the 90 degree elbow from the suction changer to cut suction to the floor nozzle to grind the powder in. Then replace the elbow when you're ready to vacuum again.

The DC04 Zorbster and the DC05 MotorHead, spin the brush at a much lower speed when scrubbing in the Zorb powder. This limits the amount of Zorb taken by the belt into the clutch on the '04 and into the belt/motor shaft area of the '05. If you use the '07 or '14, it spins the brush at the regular high speed, and tends to make the powder airborne.

I should make a video of my Zorbster and MotorHead in action, but I don't know how to post a video onto Youtube. I do know how to post onto the vacuum group on Facebook though, perhaps it's not more difficult. I rarely go onto youtube.
