It has now been 10 years now since I thought YouTube was the best website ever created. Back when I started watching vacuum videos on YouTube, I would always see videos from ttuee2006 (later called Tristar CXL), funestone if I recall correctly, I forgot one user but I remember his name was Matt, one of my favorites would be vacman117, I remember one person named Gerry and he was called a YouTube Consumer Reporter, and lots of others that I may have forgotten that closed their accounts.

I wonder if anyone knows better than I do about why they left YouTube? They were one of my all time favorite videos to watch and it also made me started to get some vacuums that they had.

I would like to hear from others on here if they remembered those YouTubers. What was your favorite video or channel to watch and what was your thoughts about them? Keep in mind that I would only like to hear about channels or videos that are no longer on YouTube, not the ones that are still on YouTube today.

I do miss TTUEE2006, vacman117, and Gerry. Their vids were amazing. At least you still have yourself, fantomlightning, stars1976, fantomvacuumfan, even mitchell keener aka fantomfan.

I knew "TTUEE2006" would be the first to be mentioned on this thread, lol.

Matt... that would be Matt Topolski.

He had a 1984 Royal 880 that looked just like mine (though his was a straightforward Royal and not sold by Stark's), with the same 4.5 amp motor. His even had a complete attachment set (all I have are the two extension wands)!

He also had at least two Kirbys... a 1965 Dual Sanitronic 50 and a 1961 Kirby 561.

I also remember Robert Newman (1990740GL) - he had a bunch of Kirbys:
1965 Dual Sanitronic 50
1972 Classic 1CR
1974 Classic Omega 1CB
1986 Heritage II
(sadly, he told me much of his collection had been waterlogged since, which was why he scrapped them all and had to start over!)

Funestone

WOW I was Fumetsuno back in the day, didn't realize I had such the following. Unfortunately someone tied my full legal name to my YouTube channel so it would pull into a google search so I deactivated my channel over privacy concerns. Never really got back into it after that.

You look really familiar. I missed your content, it was awesome.
